Saane Legal is managed by Hugues Letellier.
After attending school at Passy Buzenval (Hauts-de-Seine), Hugues obtained a Master's degree in law (Munich and Panthéon Assas-Paris II Universities), followed by a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in general private law and a DESS (post-graduate diploma) in notarial law (Paris II).
He joined the firm in 1997, becoming a partner in 2001 and managing partner in 2007.
Hugues is a certified specialist in wealth law, wealth taxation and international taxation. He is a regular speaker at symposia and conferences and created the "private wealth law" supplements to the Gazette du Palais, the leading legal review established in 1886.
Hugues has also been:
- Member of the Paris Bar Council, where he was specifically responsible for issues relating to professional practice structures and the status of fiduciary lawyers (fiducie is a French trust),
- Chairman of the Family and Succession Committee of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE); the CCBE is the organization that represents the one million lawyers regitered in the 28 member countries of the European Union,
- Chairman of the Franco-German Tax Commission within CFACI,
- Chairman of the Estate Planning Committee of the Union Internationale des Avocats.
Hugues is currently Chairman of the Open Assets and Trusts Commission of the Paris Bar.
He loves... cycling (among other things)!
Aude Bellanger
Aude holds a Master I degree in Private Law with a specialisation in ‘Judicial Careers’ from the University of Aix-en-Provence and a Master II degree in Liability Law (University of Maine).
She was sworn in 2002 and is registered with the Paris Bar.
She practised for 10 years at a leading law firm specialising in enforcement and enforcement law before setting up her own practice and then joining Saane Legal.
She also practises family and inheritance law on a daily basis, working with other professionals, including psychologists.
She was a lecturer at the University of Paris 13 (civil law).
Horse rider, she also enjoys tennis (among other things)!
